SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all our Currency Presentations via United States Postal Service, 1st Class Priority Insured mail. Not only does your Presentation arrive faster, the upgraded service usually guarantees gentler handling, practically eliminating any damage during the shipping process. The finished frames with glass are heavy, and we use a generous amount of packing material to buffer any drops, jolts and rough handling during the shipping process. The boxes we use to ship your Presentation(s) are custom designed and hand made. Large enough to comfortably house the Presentation with packing material on all sides. Because we ship Insured First Class, you will have to sign for your Presentation upon delivery so please provide us with an address where someone will be there to sign for delivery. PO Boxes are acceptable as a delivery address.
Sorry, we do not accept international orders, nor ship orders overseas.

PRODUCTION TIME
Because your Currency Presentation is hand-made to your personal order, we usually require up to two weeks from the time you place your order until the time you receive it. Many long hours go into finishing each Presentation. We can process rush orders during special events such as last minute birthday and/or Christmas gifts which will require additional shipping expenses. We will make every possible effort to ship in time for your needs. It is rare but sometimes frame stock gets back-ordered from our supplier or is simply no longer manufactured. If such delays happen on our end we usually find acceptable substitutions and still ship your order on time. We make every possible effort to guarantee a happy experience with us. RETURN POLICY AND REPORTING DAMAGES
Due to the unique nature of our business, we strongly discourage returns because we hand-make your Presentation specifically to your personal order. We do not warehouse quantities. In other words, the Currency Presentation you order will be made especially for you. Therefore we ask that you take time to carefully review your order before submitting to be absolutely certain that you are making the correct choice(s). If you have any questions about any item in particular or wish to obtain more information, we prefer that you call us without delay and discuss your questions, we are always more than happy to answer your questions and provide more detailed information. Returns are only allowed as an exchange, if mistakes were made on our part. But you must repack the Presentation in the same manner in which it was shipped to you. If the Presentation arrives to us damaged due to insufficient or careless packing, we will not be able to refund you. Also, return shipping costs are not reimbursable.
If your Currency Presentation arrives damaged, you will need to call us immediately and report the nature of the damage. By the USPS rules, all insurance damage claims must be initiated by the recipient in order for the Post Office to process the claim. The recipient will need to provide us with proof that a claim was initiated with USPS before we will be able to send replacement or monetary reimbursment. Return to Top of current page
CUSTOM ORDERS
Our Web Site displays Currency Presentations that are the most popular. Over the past years we have made many Presentations even more specific than what we already have to offer. If you have a favorite bank note you want made into a Presentation, but don't see it on our Gallery site, please let us know, we will gladly assemble one for you. We have images of just about every bank note ever issued by the United States, which includes: Legal Tender Notes, Gold and Silver Certificates, Treasury Notes, Nationals (1st, 2nd and 3rd Charter Periods), Fractional Currency, Military Payment Certificates (MPCs) and Confederate bank notes. Some customers want their own bank notes made into a Presentation. We do this too! If you have a special bank note in your own personal (and private) collection, you may either scan the note(s) or send the genuine item (check us first with recommended shipping methods) and we will do the rest. After we obtain images of your material, we will return your bank note(s) via Registered Mail (for complete safety and security). FRAME CHOICES
We have made every effort to show each of our Currency Presentations in three or four different frame choices. If you feel none of our choices would fit into your decor, please contact us, tell us what you are looking for and chances are we can come up with an acceptable substitute. DISCOUNTS
We do offer discounts on quantity orders. Please inquire about this service if you plan on multiple items, whether all the same or all different Presentations. When we release a brand new design we usually offer it at a discount for a limited period of time to generate interest and sales. ABOUT OUR CURRENCY PRESENTATIONS
To answer your question, "Do we use real bank notes in our Presentations?" - the answer is No. We produce razor sharp enlargements (average length is 14 inches long) of original bank notes (Obverse and Reverse) in our Currency Presentations. We do this because we challenge everyone to appreciate all the beautiful details of our nation's paper money as an art form and enlarging the note makes it possible to see what most of us miss when examining the genuine item. We use crisp, uncirculated examples for our Presentations, notes that have never been circulated, notes that are free of folds, tears, dirt smudges or other problems that would detract from their beauty. On only a couple occasions we have had to use notes of lesser quality because they are the only examples known to exist and none in better condition. Sometimes we have had to wait many years for one bank note to become available after residing in a private collection for ages. Also, we include either a painted portrait or photograph of the person who appears on the featured bank note. Again, these are copies of originals. Return to Top of current page
ABOUT CDV PRESENTATIONS
Our CDV (abbreviation for "Cartes de Visite") Presentations is a French name given to studio portraits produced during the 19th and early 20th centuries which are basically portrait photographs mounted on heavy card stock. Our CDV Presentations are housed in a slightly smaller frame and the portrait cards include the signature of the person appearing on the card. Please be aware that all these are faithful reproductions made to look like original cards 100+ years old but they are not the genuine item. Our CDV Presentations are somewhat smaller than our regular standard size Presentations and were made in answer to many customers who want the Presentation but have limited wall space available. They are priced slightly less than our standard designs.
